This opening shot is the only live action beer throughout the entire commercial.
Once we zoom through the glass, we then see a variation on the game of soccer being played by using one of the bubbles as a ball. Players slide in an effortless liquid environment.

The entire liquid environment was created digitally. There were many layers to that composite. Subtle combining of multiple textures created a bed for the 3D particle animation to be composited.

Renders of the 'Soccer Bubble' were made more complex by the need to see a refracted version of the composite through the highly distorted bubble.

The 'Soccer Bubble' was animated and rendered using Softimage|3D, where as the 250,000 particles that were generated for the environment, were created using the Maya particle module. Each package was utilised for it's strengths to achieve a highly complex effect.
