This project was for the launch of the new Jacob's Creek Sparkling Rose. During this project Chris Gardner perfected an in-house bubble behaviour simulator. Extensive testing was undertaken with real champagne and various brands of glassware. Vastly different results were found to occur with the different levels of quality in the glassware.

We also found that if you test too much champagne, your vision and ability to operate a computer are greatly impaired.
