Fire Horse Studio - Terms and Conditions of Business To confirm Fire Horse Studio for your production you must send a payment of 50% of the total, paid in full, prior to commencement of the production. Any variations or further elements not listed within a quote and not discussed as part of the original quotation will be billed as additional costs. Upon completion of the production, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance in full, which includes any additional costs, prior to release of material. If the final 50% payment, including any additional costs, is not made on the agreed date and time, with the funds being cleared in full, the masters will not be released. All elements and materials deemed necessary by Fire Horse Studio to complete the required work will be supplied at no cost to Fire Horse Studio. Quotes are for final rendered images as image files and assembled into a finished master for broadcast unless otherwise requested and quoted for. Quotes are for the original schedule provided as part of the original quote. Should for any reason the schedule be changed, there may be additional costs charged in full at the time of the change in schedule. This is entirely at the discretion of Fire Horse Studio. Final masters are not the responsibility of Fire Horse Studio. A safety copy of work will be kept on the Fire Horse Studio history reels. Fire Horse Studio will use the final images and computer screen grabs for showreel purposes and standard business promotion exercises after the commercial has been broadcast, or the material has gone to print. At no time will Fire Horse Studio be liable for any damage suffered or incurred by the exhibition of the final images privately or through transmission. At no time will Fire Horse Studio be liable for any damage suffered or incurred by delay of delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to delivery of tapes by couriers. These terms are final and all transactions will be according to these terms at all times.
